Early Career Professionals
At the SARB, we offer recent graduates practical work experience and opportunities for learning and development across different areas. There are many ways to start your career journey at the Bank. Our offerings include the Graduate Development Programme, the Chartered Accountant Trainee Programme and the Data Scientist Programme. We also support the South African government’s Work Integrated Learning programmes for artisans, engineers, technicians and information technology graduates.
