On 25 August 2021, Statistics South Africa (Stats SA) published revised benchmarked estimates of nominal gross domestic product (GDP) at current prices and rebased real (or volume) GDP at constant 2015 prices, for the period from the first quarter of 1993 to the fourth quarter of 2020.
