The South African Reserve Bank (SARB) hereby informs users that the format of the KBP1 Week 5 time series on the SARB website will change from 29 September 2026. The current week-based date format (e.g. 2019/03/W1) will be replaced by an exact calendar date format (e.g. 2019/03/08). This change will improve the clarity, consistency and interpretation of the data.
