The Corporate Services Department provides support and facilities services to the Bank. The department renders diverse services to ensure that employees and visitors alike are able to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant environment. Logistical support is also rendered on specialised functions.
The Services Division encompasses units responsible for finance administration and budgets, assets management, travel, catering, document handling, records management, telephone, chauffeur and transport arrangements and services.
The Facilities Management Division is entrusted with the management and development of the Bank’s infrastructure. It oversees operations when new buildings are planned, constructed and commissioned and oversees the maintenance and upgrading of existing buildings and equipment. It provides services to optimise the working environment and co-ordinates the activities and functions related to the property portfolio of the Bank. Energy savings and achieving green building status are some of the ultimate objectives of facilities management.
